Mr.Amal brings over 17 years of hands-on experience across corporate and plant-level HR functions, having held senior leadership roles spanning recruitment, compensation, performance management, labour law compliance, employee relations, and workplace policy implementation. A dual-qualified professional with an MBA in HR and a Law degree, he brings a strong blend of legal understanding and practical HR expertise in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) framework. Having worked closely with top management and managed complex workforces across multiple locations, he brings real-world insight into both the legal and HR dimensions of POSH, making his mentoring highly practical, relevant, and application-oriented.
Adv.Aparna has 20 years of experience in women and child welfare, protection, rehabilitation, and rights-based interventions. She is currently serving as Member, Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Palakkad and as Resource Consultant for Mathrubhumi ‘Thanichalla’ Project. Her previous roles includes:
